Returns/ freight -online art sales

* Art for sale online can be freighted by Australia Post or an Art courier depending on size and format

* Due to the high cost of freight internationally on boxed paintings, we mostly recommend the rolled canvas option for safely and economically freighting in a tube. Paintings on board can be boxed unframed for freight.

* A Home or business address needs to be supplied, not a PO Box, A daytime phone  number and email is also required.

* One rare issue with art for sale online, as with any freighted item, is the small chance of damage during freight . This must be ideally reported to Port Art on the day of delivery, OR within 1 business day.

* Obviously there are variables with viewing of art on each individual screen or device that you view from, so colours of the on screen image can vary subtley from the original work.

* Refunds on original art works or Giclee reproductions will only be provided for damaged goods apon arrival (during freight). Port Art does not cover damage or loss after this point. Contact directly with Port Art needs to be made by the client within 24 hours or 1 business day of receipt
