YUPO is a polypropylene archival panel (known as a watercolour synthetic paper), that when primed with gesso is an excellent substrate for artists working in acrylics and some mixed media. It is always behind UV glass when used for watercolour painting, however if laminated well with varnish layers by the artist using acrylics etc, it can be mounted on board and framed with no glass.
