Freight, Returns & Exchanges
Australia-wide, shipping or original artworks is covered by Port Art. The price you see on the checkout is inclusive and there are no additional costs required. Pricing is in accordance with your selection of format (eg. rolled in a tube, stretched, frame added etc).
Internationally, we ship artwork rolled in a tube for a low flat fee, if available and selected, otherwise, we subsidise international freight rates to allow for shipping boxes to most countries with DHL Express and FedEx. Individual freight charges need to be requested as they vary immensely from Country to Country, but are always very expensive,relative to national freighting, one reason we recommend purchasing canvas and pepper artworks rolled in a tube if you are not within Australia. The freight savings more than cover re-stretching/ mounting etc locally. Another advantage of this flexibility is the choice of artwork presentation/ framing is completely individual after re-stretching.
We don't send works with glass nationally or internationally (canvas on internal stretchers only or unframed artworks, rolled or on boards or panels. etc.) there is a Shipping quote request form for those who wish to freight their purchase stretched by us. International shipping is quite costly, relative to re-stretching at your local framer and choosing your own style of framing if desired.
The receiver will be responsible for the international customs/import fee and taxes which vary with every country. Please check with your country's customs offices and consider the additional costs that might be involved.
We will attempt to have your artwork sent by the artist and associated freight provider within five (5) business days, and delivered within fifteen to twenty (15-20) business days.

RETURNS/ EXCHANGES POLICY
Buying art online is not as straightforward as walking into an art facility. We want you to enjoy your new paintings for a long time to come. For this reason, we offer Free Video Art Consultations to show clients their selection of original artworks viewed in a mockup on their own proposed wall of their home or office.
Exchanges to equal value can be made, and return freight costs are met by the sender in the same method originally used, and/or the artwork can brought back in person, times by appointment. You can choose between an exchange or an art credit voucher. (not available with artworks purchased through Afterpay.)
In the rare event that damage has occurred in transit, returns can be arranged for repairs or replacement. Make contact by email within 48hrs, Keep the art in it's original packaging, and provide photos(front and back) and details so we can help you to get it all sorted asap.
INSURANCE
Our artworks are insured while in transit. In the rare event that there would be undue damage to the box when you receive it, please take photos front and back and contact us immediately. The artist can re-create the artwork and be paid again, or you can request an exchange in this scenario.
