Where are your represented artists from?
Our Australian-based artists are mostly from Melbourne.
Do you only sell original art works?
Mostly we specialise in original artworks however some artists works are created as custom ordered (and hand finished) giclee canvases.
What options for terms of purchase do you offer?
* Clients can pay cash, direct deposit or credit card.
* Art Loans over 10 mths (interest-free to you) are available ($1000 up to $50,000, onsite at the art rooms in Port Melbourne or online, through Artmoney)
* Lay-by over 6-8 weeks available (at the art rooms in Port Melbourne or by email/phone)

Can I purchase the artwork rolled to take overseas?
Most canvases can be removed from the stretcher frame in order to roll for easier transport internationally. From there you simply visit your local framer to re-stretch the canvas.
Can I commission a special artwork to meet my needs?
Most of our artists will undertake an art commission, each one has their own criteria for the requests that a client may make, some allow a size and series request only, and others can agree to certain colour and compositional inclusions. These commissions are organised through Port Art with no extra fees, simply a pre-payment (or payment plan) and a comprehensive completed commission order form.

Fees are quoted on an individual basis for International freight quoted
Do you have a mailing list?
Yes, we provide art updates to our clients monthly or so via our Port Art newsletter, sign up here
Can we follow your gallery on social media?
We regularly post on the main social platforms, like us and follow on FB or Insta
Do you have art openings?
Private Zoom art viewings are the new personalised 'art openings' for us and our clients, although occasionally we notify our list of a general open-house at our art rooms in Port Melbourne (you may also book a time to visit when it suits you.)
Since Covid Lockdowns, our gallery became an online plus stockroom style gallery, and we now concentrate on art consultations, either within the stockrooms, showing our entire selections and we also offer a home/ office consultation or an “art sleep-over”, for those clients who want to see the works in their space.(11am - 6pm Monday to Sat or by appointment , ph:0409432643)
